Since 2015, the Bridor bakery plant in Boucherville has grown from 41,000 sq. ft to 254,700 sq. ft.
The work began with the installation of a bread production line and the addition of 3 new pastry production lines, while maintaining the activities of the manufacturing facilities. The rigorous context of the agri-food industry proved to be a major challenge for the designers and participants in this realization! The entire project is complemented by social rooms, changing rooms, washrooms, cafeteria, R&D laboratory and administrative offices.
